Hi everyone, just for a change, I used a white on white theme for this card with gold layering and decorations, to add a bit of shine.
To Make the Card
Start with a white 12.5cm square blank card and layer it with gold then white card. Die cut a white decorative frame from white card and adhere this to the centre of the card. Die cut two holly branches from white card and adhere these diagonally across the card with the ends of the stems in the centre.
To make the poinsettia, cut two sets of the large petals and one each of the smaller ones. Use a bamboo skewer or something similar to gently roll the petals round and give them some shape. Glue all the layers on top of each other to create the flower and finish it off with gold, metallic, adhesive gems for the stamen. Add the same gold gems to the holly for the berries, and finish off with a small Merry Christmas peel off sticker in gold.
