This is a classic design for a Christmas embossing folder, which will create a raised pattern of several different sizes and shapes of snowflakes, interspersed with polka dots. This will create a fabulous background pattern for all your hand made Christmas cards, gift tags and decorations. The embossing folder can be used not only with card stock but stunning results can be achieved by using other materials such as acetate, foil, even glitter card. When used with card the raised areas can be gently swiped with ink to add colour, or with glue to add glitter or with products such as gilding polish that will add a coloured metallic sheen. You can add an adhesive pearl or crystal to the centre of the embossed snowflakes to add some decoration. The embossing folder measures 12.5cm x 15cm so is a good size to cover most card fronts particularly as the embossing folder can be used in either portrait or landscape orientation.
