Every year thousands of young men and women graduate from university and this year my daughter will be one of them. I have been working on some graduation cards to try out our new range of graduation themed products.

The first was made using one of a collection of free background papers available from the website and a gorgeous miniature graduation cap and gown.

The background paper was cut slightly smaller than the DL card blank, adhered to the card and finished with gold peel off edging. The miniature cap and gown is adhered in the centre of the card with congratulation greetings above and below, one stamped and one using a peel off message. Both greetings are decorated with self adhesive pearls.
Materials Used
The second card features a stamped ‘hat toss’ image and a tassel as a symbol from the graduation cap.

I used a cream A6 card blank for the base, I stamped the ‘hat toss’ image in Cerualean blue onto pale blue card, hand cut around the shape, inked the edges with the same colour and fixed this to the bottom of the card. I cut a tag shape, attached a gold tassle and a gold ribbon bow and the message using gold peel off letters. I used a gold congratulations peel off at the top of the card to complete the message.
Materials Used
Congratulations if you have someone graduating soon, I hope you like the cards and maybe got some ideas for designs of your own.
Thanks for dropping in.
Debbie
