Hi Everyone, here’s a lovely birthday card that would appeal to any age group. A quick change of greeting means the card could be used for lots of other occasions too. The plant pots are fussy cut from one of our free to download printables.
Stamp the brick wall background onto cream card using Tea Dye distress ink and trim to fit onto a square white card blank. The great thing about stamping distressed designs like this is that nobody can tell if you miss a bit!
The flower and butterfly were stamped onto white card, die cut and colored with marker pens. The two plant pots were fussy cut from the download sheet, the bigger pot was attached using foam pads to raise it up from the card and positioned over the bottom part of the Aster plant. The second, smaller pot was also attached with foam pads and positioned on it’s side and slightly overlapping the larger pot.
The greeting was stamped with Violet pigment ink, to match the purple flowers. Thank you for visiting, I hope you like the card. All the supplies used are linked below.
