Hi Everyone, I wanted to try out four new products so decided to combine them all in one card. Two of them are Sizzix dies, the Funky Wreaths and Small Tattered Florals, which I knew would work well together. The others are the Oval Pattern Stencil and Translucent Glitter Paste, which again combined beautifully.

To Make the Card

Start with a white 12.5cm square white blank card. Smoosh some Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserves ink onto a craft mat and spritz with water. Dip and drag the left side of the card front through the ink, then dry with a heat gun. Pick some of the remaining ink up on a paint brush and flick across the card front to create random spatters of both colours.

Use stencil tape to hold both the card and the stencil in place then use a palette knife to spread the glitter paste over the stencil, covering the area to the right of the inked area. Allow the stencilling to fade out before the edge of the card. Set this aside to dry for 24 hours.

Die cut the leafy wreath from white card. Die cut several of the tattered floral flowers from different shades of pink card. Ink the edges of the flowers with the same Distress Oxide inks and curl some of them up to create dimension. Glue the flower layers together to create an assortment of sizes and colours, then add adhesive pearls and crystals to their centres. Die cut three leaves from the same set in white card.

Cut a strip of white card and stamp both parts of the greeting on it with Seedless Preserves ink. Trim the strip into two parts.

Glue the wreath onto the card towards the top left corner and add the die cut flowers and leaves. Use adhesive foam pads to attach the two greeting strips, one below the other in the bottom right hand corner of the card.

I love the look of the stencilled glitter paste, I hope you can see the effect in the photograph. Thank you for taking the time to visit, I hope you like this card.
