I love making different types of flowers for my cards, what could be more spring like than daffodils! They are made using six quilled marquise shapes in yellow 3mm quilling paper, with a tightly coiled centre in a darker shade of yellow, the leaves are just folded strips of quilling paper. The daffodils are mounted on a white card frame made using the Marianne Frame and Swirls set. The sentiment is a Gold Small Text peel off mounted on a shape cut using a stencil from the Marianne Tags and Ticket set, it is decorated with self adhesive pearls. The sentiment and flowers are both mounted on pink card embossed with the Swirls Embossing Folder and theYellow Stripes design background paper is the free to download

More flowers! This time ready made Pink Paper Roses; and a bigger flower made using the flower die cutting stencil that is part of the Marianne Square Frame set. From the bottom up the card is backed with kraft coloured card with a strip of White Flower Lace and Pink Bakers Twine, which is tied in a bow securing the Butterfly Charm. A white Paper Lace Doily has been inked with a Pink Inkpad and slotted between the lace and and the Bakers Twine. Green card leaves are cut using the Anja’s Leaves 2 die cutting stencil and the flowers are mounted on top of the leaves. The sentiment is created on the computer and printed onto kraft coloured paper.

Hope you like them, thanks for looking in!
