Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as using and purchasing from the website www.wildwarehouse.com means that you accept and agree with them.

Representation of Products

The illustrations, descriptions and measurements are as accurate as possible, however, there may be some slight variations in the actual items. The weights of products are accurate allowing for packaging materials. The total weight of an order will be displayed with the basket information at checkout.

Website Security

For your complete safety online, the website is secured by Comodo 128 bit SSL encryption, to ensure your personal information such as address, phone number and email are safe. All financial transactions take place on 3rd party merchant websites, through Stripe and Paypal, both of whom have the highest possible security standards.


All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may be changed at any time without notice. The cost of delivery is separate and calculated based on weight, value and delivery location of the order, please see a full breakdown of our delivery charges here.

Non receipt

Whilst orders should be received in 3-5 working days of shipment confirmation for UK orders (or 5-10 working days for international orders), sometimes things can be delayed.  If you haven't received your order within these time frames, please contact us and we can track your order with our courier.  Unfortunately not all deliveries are trackable, and in these cases, we will need you to allow 10 working days from despatch (or up to 4 working weeks internationally) - if your order still hasn't been received, please contact us and we can advise further.  Any non-deliveries should be reported to us within 30 days of despatch for us to deal with as appropriate.

Faulty or Wrong Goods Received

If you have received goods which are faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong items, please contact us within 14 days of despatch of the order (28 days for international deliveries) by telephone or email.

We will replace or refund the damaged, faulty or wrong items. We may or may not ask you to return these items, but if we do, we will refund the cost of your return postage; in this case, replacements will be despatched on receipt of the returned items.

Wrong Quantity Received.

Please let us know within 14 days of despatch of the order (28 days for international deliveries) if the quantity received does not match your order and the delivery note / invoice. If the quantity is less, then we will immediately send the balance or make a refund if no more stock is available. If we have sent too many then we thank you in advance for your honesty; if we ask you to return the surplus items, we will refund your return postage on receipt of the items.

These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time without notice.
